This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for projects booked with Renu Features.
Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, the advance payment is refunded in full, less any payment-processing charges.
After work has started
If a project is cancelled after work has started, we retain payment in proportion to the work already completed. Any remaining balance is refunded.
After final delivery
Once a project is delivered and approved by the client, it is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund. Revisions within the agreed scope are handled per the project brief, not as a refund request.
How to request a refund
Email editor@renufeatures.com with your project details. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
