These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Renu Features, a proprietary, GST-registered business (“we”, “us”, “our”), to clients (“you”) engaging us for content creation, video creation, or any allied service listed on this site.
1. Scope of Work
The specific deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be agreed separately in writing (via email or a project brief) before work begins.
2. Payment
Payment terms (advance, milestones, or full payment) will be specified per project. Payments are processed via Razorpay’s secure payment page.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
We treat client materials and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
